Return Policy Overview
At Plugfones, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy valid for 30 days from the purchase date. We accept returns only if the items are in a resalable condition, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards/certificates are not returnable. We may grant partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, provided that the damage or missing parts are not our fault—In such cases, we will issue a full refund. Refund and Exchange Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether we have approved or rejected your refund. If approved, we will provide refunds for items marked as gifts via gift certificate. Otherwise, the original payment method will receive a credit. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect on your account. If you experience delays, check with your bank or credit card issuer. Shipping and Return Guidelines

To ensure the safe delivery of your returned item, we recommend opting for a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for valuable items. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Low Volume Issues?
If you purchased a Volume Limited (VL) unit, they are designed to the OSHA specified max volume of 82 dB. It will be quieter than non (VL) products. Thus returns are NOT Accepted for Low Volume Issues with (VL) products. Learn more about Volume Limiting Products
