I happened to receive my new earphones today. It looks like you guys have put some serious effort and overhaul into these things. I can see that the two areas I've had problems with, the jack and the section where the wire splits, have been dramatically reinforced. Thanks for your time and effort on both the product and being agreeable in the customer service area. You guys have been great.

I am so looking forward to trying your earplug earphones. Earplugs are mandatory at my work. I bet everybody here would want a pair.
